radar-sim.com is a game. The airports, runways, aircraft performance figures, airline fleets, procedures, phraseology and the behaviour of the simulated pilots are simplified and partly invented. Nothing on this site may be used for real-world air traffic control, flight planning, navigation, training or any other operational purpose.

The navigation fixes shown in the simulator are synthetic, pronounceable five-letter names generated for each airport. They do not correspond to real waypoints; any resemblance to real waypoint names is coincidental. Flight numbers and registrations are generated randomly and do not refer to real flights.

Data sources

Airports, runways and their coordinates are derived from OurAirports, released into the public domain. Only aerodromes that are likely to be controlled are included; the selection is heuristic and may be wrong.
Aircraft performance data and airline fleets are a curated, approximate table compiled by the developers from publicly available information.
Navigation fixes are generated synthetically (see above). No AIP or other copyrighted navigation data is used.

Trademarks

Airline names and ICAO/IATA designators are the trademarks or identifiers of their respective owners. They are used solely to make the simulated traffic recognisable; no affiliation with or endorsement by any airline, aircraft manufacturer or air navigation service provider is implied.
